Our 6th grade students created individual photojournalism projects about any non-fiction subject of their choice. In this unit, students learned how to conduct interviews, collect research, and how to develop their style and voice as an artist. With the help of a professional photographer, students also learned how to use different types of cameras, and how we capture our subject the way they want to be captured.
